The firm performs due dilligence (in case of alienation or incorporation of firms) in behalf of its clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Executes Collective Labor Law, by negotiating (collective bargaining and collective labor agreements), either acting during conflicts (strike), or judicially (collective agreement bargaining) with economic and legal nature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts in the litigation at all jurisdiction levels from the Labor Court (Courts of Labor, Regional Labor Courts and the Superior Labor Court) and the Supreme Court \u2013 in defense of corporate interests, also compiling issues that affect the civil responsibility, tax, administrative and criminal, when founded in labor relations.
