- Grants consulting and assistance to corporate managements, in issues involving labor-capital relations, evaluating the strategies in business relationships with its collaborators – employees, freelancers, contractors and other service providers – and the union classes representing them, interacting with the areas of managing people, watching, monitoring and auditing its labor practices, avoiding patterns that may generate passive.
- Performs extrajudicial proxy provisions – representing the interests of employers in matters arising from employment relations – before (a) unions of workers, (b) Ministry of Economy (Special Secretariat of Social Security and Labor); (c) Revenue from Brazil, (d) Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (ocupational health, safety forensic medicine and environmental issues), (f) Federal Police (questions derived from labor relations), (g) bodies ofmediation, arbitration and conciliation. The firm performs due dilligence (in case of alienation or incorporation of firms) in behalf of its clients.
- Executes Collective Labor Law, by negotiating (collective bargaining and collective labor agreements), either acting during conflicts (strike), or judicially (collective agreement bargaining) with economic and legal nature.
- Acts in the litigation at all jurisdiction levels from the Labor Court (Courts of Labor, Regional Labor Courts and the Superior Labor Court) and the Supreme Court – in defense of corporate interests, also compiling issues that affect the civil responsibility, tax, administrative and criminal, when founded in labor relations. Acts on litigation – at all levels of jurisdiction – the Courts and the Federal Court, in defenses of corporate interests arising from work relationships.
